How Una deliveries work?

Based on the workshop, we prepare a process description document that provides a final quality check before development begins. The document includes a summary of the process, proposed solution, and a detailed cost estimate. Once this is approved, we have everything we need to begin. The development timeline depends on the complexity of the solution – ranging from a few days to several weeks or months.

Once the automation solution has been developed, we conduct thorough testing in a closed environment. Both the client and Best of Breed are involved in testing to ensure the solution works as intended. Based on insights from this phase, we make any necessary adjustments so that the automation behaves exactly as it should in practice.

After successful testing, the solution is put into production. In the initial phase, we typically introduce certain limitations to ensure Una does not have full autonomy from day one. This allows for a safe transition and helps build trust in the solution. Once the functionality is confirmed in practice, these limitations can be removed.
